Ember+ Implementation for DHD Systems

Ember+ Website The Ember+ protocol is available in the DHD Firmware since December 2014 for every DHD Mixing Console. The implementation was realised as controlled device – the so-called Ember+ provider.
The following functions are currently featured:

receiving 50 GPIs per mixing console via Ember+

sending 50 GPOs per mixing console via Ember+

labelling of DHD fader channels

controlling fader levels

52/XC Dual Embedder/De-Embedder
52-7172_foto_front_1On IBC 2014, we introduced the XC Dual Embedder/De-Embedder (52-7172A) for HD-SDI signals, which facilitates the mixing console integration into TV and video editing environments.

It has two 3G/HD/SD SDI De-Embedders and two 3G/HD/SD SDI Embedders; each of those can process two selectable audio groups with eight channels. All inputs and outputs are equipped with switchable sample rate converters. The device also features four GPIs and four GPOs.
New DHD-Module with Dante™ Interface
52-7180_foto_front_1DHD introduced the new Dante audio interface, at the IBC. It allows the connection to digital audio networks which are powered by Audinate's Dante technology.
The new XC Dante IP Audio Interface supports 48 input and 48 output channels which can be distributed from a DHD console to any other Dante-enabled DHD device, third-party device, PC or Mac via a standard network infrastructure.
