 The MADI Router 52/XR disposes of 48 MADI inputs and 48 MADI outputs,
internal DSP functions, and built-in full redundancy and has a total
matrix size of 4096 x 4096 channels and 16 million possible crosspoints. Control of the router is effected
with the aid of an application software with matrix and list view, sub-matrices,
user right management, and a powerful scheduler for switching
processes. Control using key panels, serial protocol or TCP/IP is also possible.

 The more central a router is placed in an
audio network, the more safety functions it should
support. The Series 52 MADI Router provides multi-level and
independent safety options which allow you to realise your router installation
in a true redundant structure: should an essential part of the router fail, the
operation of other system parts remains unaffected.

 Control of the Router can be realized on various levels. The most comfortable control is with the aid of the
control software DHD Operation Manager. You can use this software in single or
multi-user operation. Normal operation will allow setting of crosspoints in
one or more I/O matrices as well as
configuration of schedules. In administration mode, the Operation Manager
is additionally used for generating individual matrices.
